We are excited to offer online reservations as a new feature for our guests! Currently, this
feature is only offered at Showalwater; however, we plan to add more properties soon!
All credit card transactions incur a non-refund credit card processing fee. To
avoid this fee, you may pay in cash when visiting our attendant on the beach for your
reservation.
Refunds are only available if we are unable to set up for the day. Delayed set-up does not
qualify for a refund. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas as our service, and refunds
cannot be issued for situations beyond our control (such as seaweed, jellyfish, heat, water
clarity, loud music, smoking, etc.). Refunds will not be issued for multi-day rentals if the
guest decides not to use the chairs, as the discount is applied for having multiple days. If
you anticipate not using the chairs daily, we recommend paying daily.
All online rentals must be made 48 hours before the start date of the reservation.
Chairs are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Online reservations are given
priority placement as they are assigned the afternoon before the start date; however, we can
not guarantee placement on the first row. We cannot accommodate move requests or provide an
exact location of the assignment of your reservation before your arrival on the beach. Upon
your arrival on the beach, our attendant will gladly assist with move requests.
All cancellations will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. Cancellations for the current day will
forfeit that day's rent, with refunds issued for any unused days. To avoid issues and fees
associated with cancellations, we recommend renting from our beach attendant upon arrival.
